Tomorrow you give everything
Today’s reflection brings together everything we’ve been preparing for over the past 32 days. Fr. Gaitley reminds us that the heart of true Marian devotion is not merely about honoring Mary — it’s about entering into a deeper, more personal union with Jesus, guided by her motherly care. This is the essence of Marian consecration: to give ourselves fully to Christ through the hands and heart of His Mother.
Over the past four weeks, we’ve journeyed with St. Louis de Montfort, St. Maximilian Kolbe, St. Teresa of Calcutta, and Pope St. John Paul II. Each saint showed us a unique path to Mary, and through her, to a more radical love of Jesus. What unites them all is their trust in Mary’s ability to form Christ within us, to guide us in holiness, and to lead us ever closer to the mercy and love of God.
Fr. Gaitley encourages us to approach tomorrow’s consecration with joyful anticipation. This isn’t the end of the journey — it’s the beginning of a new way of life. By giving ourselves totally to Mary, we allow her to use us as instruments of Divine Mercy in the world.
So today, take time to reflect, rejoice, and give thanks. You’ve prepared your heart — now let it rest in trust. Tomorrow, you will say yes with your whole life. Mary is ready to receive it. Jesus is ready to bless it. Heaven rejoices in your surrender.
