The Mystery of Mary’s Faith

Mary’s faith was not an abstract belief but a total surrender of her life to God. From the moment of the Annunciation to the foot of the Cross, she lived a continual “yes” — even when she could not see the outcome.
De Montfort invites us to enter into this same spirit of faith. Like Mary, we must learn to trust when God’s plan is hidden, to hope when the path seems uncertain, and to love even in suffering. Her faith was pure, because it rested not on understanding but on complete confidence in God’s goodness.
Consecration to Mary helps us grow in this living faith. When we give her our hearts, she strengthens our trust in God’s providence. She teaches us to repeat with her, “Let it be done unto me according to your word.”
Faith transforms fear into peace, and doubt into joy — because with Mary, we learn that God always fulfills His promises.
